Off topic, I know, but wondering if you could do an episode on the bisphosphonates and also the anabolic medications for osteoporosis. As I read all the studies, the absolute (not relative ! ) risk reductions in fractures are not particularly compelling. Yet, the drugs are strongly promoted. Thanks.
